Keith Mills

Associate Consultant
Forty years in leading positions across both onshore and offshore projects. Keith holds vast experience in supervision of design and commissioning teams, commissioning planning and development of procedures, plus multi discipline field engineering. Ten years in design and commissioning of instrumentation control and safety systems.

Tony Waites

Associate Consultant
A versatile and adaptable professional engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the design, engineering, commissioning and startup management of various process facilities associated with both green and brown field projects in oil & gas offshore and onshore sectors. During this time, Tony also worked in various other sectors including chemical manufacturing, shipbuilding and decommissioning of offshore facilities.

Kenny O’Hara

Associate Consultant
A qualified mechanical engineer with over 20 years professional experience in engineering, management and business development roles. Experience has been gained in a range of industries, comprising design, manufacturing and operations. Kenny also has a strong background in the specification, development, testing and release of bespoke software products for use in process industries.

James Ward

Business Administrator
As Business Administration Manager with responsibility for HR, Finance and Contracts at Dexcrest Ltd for over 10 years. James has experience in large scale projects and supports the operation of the Company.

Rachael Mumby

Global Mobilisation Manager
With a background in Social Care and a degree in Social Work, under the guidance of a team of experts Rachael moved over into the Energy Sector and assisted the team with the mobilisation of consultants on overseas assignments.
