We provide the services a project needs in terms of functional safety compliance throughout the lifecycle of a project. We ensure the client achieves safe operations, meets regulatory requirements and delivers in a safe manner.
Dexcrest holds a team of practical commissioning and functional safety specialists who support Functional Safety Assessments and Lifecycle management to comply with IEC 61511.
Our capabilities are
- Operations and Maintenance Data Evaluation
- Participation of HAZOP, LOPA reviews and SIL Determination Assessments
- Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Verification
- Production of Safety Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Proof Test Procedures (PTPs)
- Supervision of the site execution of PTPs along with the validation of the PTP against SRS to ensure design requirements are met and followed through
- Preparation and execution of FS Stage 1 to 5 Assessments
All of our TUV Certified Functional Safety specialists are time served, degree qualified Instrument and Control Engineers from either the Upstream/Downstream Operator Maintenance field or from various Oil and Gas Commissioning project teams.
